Shipping Information
We offer FREE SHIPPING to all US States, via United States Postal Service (USPS) 1ST Class/Priority Shipping.
In stock items are shipped within 24 hours (excluding ‘Special order’ and ‘Pre-order’ items).
‘Out of stock’ and ‘Special order’ items may take between 1 and 4 weeks to be dispatched. ‘Pre-order’ items (i.e. titles not yet released) are shipped one day prior to release date.
APO/FPO Addresses USPS: Please allow 2 - 3 weeks due to the high security measures put in place by the military.
Shipping times for items are 2 – 8 days from dispatch.
*Please allow 14 days from the day of shipping confirmation email before contacting us about orders not received.
Sales Tax
There is no sales tax charge on orders, with the exception of

Amacoast.co.uk sources DVD titles from a number of different distributors and suppliers. All DVDs made available for sale on the website are authentic, original and factory sealed NOT illegal copies or bootlegs.
Purchasing Items
When you find a title you want to buy click the ‘Buy Now’ button and this will add the title to the ‘Shopping Basket’ on the right hand side of the page. To change the contents of your basket simply click the ‘View Cart’ link at the top right hand corner of the page. To pay for the items click the ‘Checkout’ button, which will re-direct to the ‘View cart’ where you will be presented with the different payment options.
Refund Policy
You may return any unopened item within 14 days of receiving it, for a full refund. Please notify us and we will issue you a ‘Return Authorization Number’ which you will need to copy onto the ‘Return Form’ (attached to the invoice). We will then process your request and refund the funds to the registered card on the account (please allow up to 30 days). Please note that we can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
Amacoast.com will only exchange DVDs for the following reasons:

Goods damaged/faulty prior to delivery

Incorrect goods were supplied

All returns must be received by Amacoast.com within 14 days of our original shipment. You can refer to the date shown on your ‘Dispatch Information Email’ to confirm this date.

Amacoast.com will reimburse the shipping cost incurred by you returning the item, if the return is a result of an error by us.

Customers have the option to accept reimbursement in monetary repayment or Amacoast.com vouchers.
