Hosted by investigative reporter Dominic Cunningham-Reid, this National Geographic TV special follows the international trade of illegal diamonds along a danger-filled route from Sierra Leone to Antwerp. Much of the footage is disturbingly authentic, culled via hidden cameras and surveillance photos.
